1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. How to Cancel
To cancel, please send an email to store@hivolt.uk with your order number and a clear statement of your decision.

3. Returning the Item

• You must return the product(s) within 14 days of cancellation.
• Products must be unused and in resalable condition.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds

• We will issue a full refund (including initial shipping cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
• Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us immediately.
• We will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

6. Non-returnable items

• Personalised or made-to-order items (not currently sold at KatMerch) are not eligible for return unless faulty.
